Monday Night Raw heads to the Barclays Center in Brooklyn on Nov. 2, and it's the last Raw before Crown Jewel on Nov. 7. Set your alarm a little earlier than usual: Netflix lists the show at 6 p.m. ET / 3 p.m. PT, two hours ahead of the normal slot, because SmackDown is being taped in the same building afterward, per POST Wrestling. WWE.com bills the night as "Two Shows, One Night." Pro wrestling is scripted entertainment, and this is a preview, not betting advice.
The announced card
As of Saturday, Oct. 31, here's what's been announced, per Netflix Tudum and POST Wrestling:
- Singles match: Solo Sikoa vs. Royce Keys
- John Cena will appear
- Roman Reigns will appear
Netflix also lists Oba Femi, Liv Morgan, Sol Ruca, Dominik Mysterio and Penta as advertised to appear. WWE.com's event page for the Brooklyn doubleheader advertises Cena, Reigns, Femi, Morgan, Ruca, Cody Rhodes, CM Punk, Jade Cargill, Dominik Mysterio and Penta, but that page covers both shows, so not everyone on it is necessarily booked for Raw. Cards change, so we'll update this if WWE adds matches.
Cena's return
This is Cena's first appearance on WWE programming in months. POST Wrestling says his last one was at Backlash, and he retired from in-ring competition, so this is an appearance, not a match. WWE hasn't said what he's coming back to do.
Sikoa vs. Keys
This one is personal. POST Wrestling reports that Royce Keys, leader of the 946, called out The Bloodline's Solo Sikoa for a one-on-one match away from the bigger fight between their groups, and Sikoa accepted later that same night.
Why it matters for Crown Jewel
Raw is the go-home show, so this is the last chance to build the Nov. 7 card in Riyadh. Reigns, the World Heavyweight Champion, faces WWE Champion Sami Zayn for the Men's Crown Jewel Championship, and Women's World Champion Liv Morgan faces WWE Women's Champion Chelsea Green for the women's version, per TPWW. TPWW also lists Je'Von Evans and Penta challenging The Vision (Austin Theory and Bron Breakker) for the World Tag Team Championship, and Cody Rhodes vs. Randy Orton in a Last Man Standing match. With Reigns, Morgan and Penta all advertised for Brooklyn, expect at least some of those matches to get one last shove.
